This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Information found here or through a linked third-party tool must not be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other FCRA-covered purpose.
Information Can Change
Government offices may revise procedures or contact details without notice, and custody systems can post updates after a delay. We cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or current. Confirm information with the originating office before visiting a facility, relying on a custody status, or sending money.
No Legal Advice
Nothing on these pages is legal advice, and the material does not create an attorney-client relationship. A general website cannot replace advice from a lawyer licensed for the relevant matter.
Outside Search Providers
Some pages include search tools operated by third parties. We do not control their results, coverage, prices, terms, or treatment of information submitted to them.
Links Do Not Transfer Control
Outbound links may point to jail and booking resources, sheriff or corrections websites, federal locators, courts, and other services. Those destinations control their own content and availability, and we are not responsible for their accuracy, policies, or uptime.
Official Records Remain With Their Custodians
This site hosts no jail roster, booking photo, mugshot gallery, arrest record, or court record. It directs visitors to agencies and official locators that may hold those materials. Confirm custody or request a record or photo from the Jones County Sheriff's Office, Jones County Jail, Iowa Department of Corrections, court, or other issuing office. An arrest or booking states an accusation, not a conviction, and every person is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
